PhoDography Part 1

We have two dogs, but Strider is first in line. He recently celebrated his eighth birthday with a dog biscuit that was shaped so realistically like a donut, I considered eating it myself.

Instead, I celebrated his birthday by getting myself a nice manual-focus 85mm f1.4 lens. For my camera’s format, the 85mm focal length puts this lens in the “portrait” category of lenses. So here are some dog portraits.

No animals were harmed in the testing of this new piece of gear.
